while in the north carolina mountains, we were looking forward to picking blueberries at queens farm. we had far-fetched visions of magically delicious blueberry-baked goods, but, alas, our baskets were far from brimming due to our hungry little ones sneaking bites. our best treat was by far watching as margot and totton held one-day-old chicks. they were tickled with delight. it was truly quite a sight to see and a memory to hold.
