the grand opening for the lark and loon store was quite a buzz. with a popcorn machine popping, kids dancing to DJ miss puddin’ (aka isabella colt) and parents buying up new digs for kids, it was a lively, carefree festivity. it was a blast to see a crew of 8 and 9-year-old boys quickly switch out of the shirts they came in and into the new, hip, orange jam session tee (artist ashley alexander) that rocked the afternoon away. definitely, not like a typical humdrum day at the mall.
come see for yourself. our store is located in decatur and is open M-F 10 to 5 and S 10 to 4. before you know it, the sidewalks will be peppered with Lark and Loon artistic wares. art will truly be alive and kicking amongst the 4 feet and under crowd.
